Once an enquiry has been made via our enquiry form or email, we do our best to reply the same or following work day.

x Consult

From there, we book a virtual consultation to find out the parameters of your brief including the style, practical, needs, budget and timeframe.

x Design

Then it's over to us to work our magic, seeing what materials will best suit the design framework, we then create a design with basic differences in materials and price options when appropriate, and generate a quote to be approved.

x Approval

We arrange a second meeting to go over our offering, if it is accepted, the go ahead is given, a fifty-percent deposit is taken, the design moves to production and your piece is underway. The first stages can take between two and eight weeks, while we make sure we have satisfied your needs. The production stage can vary between six to ten weeks depending on the complexity of the job.

x Voila

Once completed, the balance payment is taken, we then package it up beautifully and it is delivered to your chosen address, either by hand or trusted by courier service.
